By accessing or using Super Prompts ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Super Prompts is a web application that allows users to save, organize, and manage prompts for AI-powered creative tools. The Service is currently in beta and may change without notice.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all prompts, notes, and media you upload to Super Prompts. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You grant us a limited license to store and display your content solely to provide the Service to you.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content that infringes on third-party rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service

6. Service Availability

Super Prompts is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, especially during the beta period. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Super Prompts and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of significant changes.

9. Third-party prompts and attribution

Some public prompts on the Service come from other creators. They are shown with credit to the creator and a link to the original post, and their images and videos are embedded from the original source rather than copied to our servers. Creators can ask for their prompts to be removed, or their account blocked, at /takedown. We honour these requests within 48 hours.
